Terms of Use

KeyLevi is run by ABR GROUP (“we”). These are the simple rules for using KeyLevi, the keyboard learning app and website. By using KeyLevi you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What KeyLevi is

KeyLevi offers short lessons and practice activities for learning to play the keyboard. It is for learning and encouragement. It cannot promise that you will reach any particular level, and it is not a replacement for a live teacher if you need one.

Your account

You need an account to save your progress. Please give a real email address, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Free lessons and paid access

Some lessons may be free, and full access may need a paid subscription. The price is always shown to you before you pay. If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, they handle the payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under their own rules, and you can cancel at any time in your subscription settings there.

Using KeyLevi fairly

• Use KeyLevi for your own learning.
• Do not copy, sell or share the lessons, the teacher’s voice or the app’s software, and do not try to break or misuse the service.
• Be kind in anything you send us, such as feedback.

What belongs to whom

The lessons, the teacher voices, the pictures and the software belong to ABR GROUP. You keep what you write in feedback, and you let us use it to make KeyLevi better. The hymns and songs named in the app belong to their own authors or are in the public domain.

When things go wrong

We work hard to keep KeyLevi running and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change or stop parts of the service. To the extent the law allows, KeyLevi is provided “as it is”, and we are not responsible for losses that come from using it or not being able to use it. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using KeyLevi whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your account. We may close an account that breaks these rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a big change we will tell you in the app, and by using KeyLevi after that you accept the new terms.
