Draft of October 2026
KeyLevi is run by ABR GROUP (“we”). KeyLevi helps people learn to play the keyboard. This page explains, in plain words, what information the app and this website use, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your account. You can sign in with your email and a password, or with your Google account. We keep your email address and the name you choose to be called. If you use Google, Google tells us your name and email address; we never see your Google password.
- Your learning. Which lessons you have finished, your points (XP) and daily streak, your best scores in practice games, and your settings (such as which teacher voice you prefer and whether the voice is on).
- Optional feedback. If you use the Send feedback form, we keep what you type, which course and lesson you were in, your account number, and the time. Please do not put anything private in it.
The microphone
Some activities can listen through your microphone to hear which note you play or sing. The sound is analysed on your own device while you play, and it is forgotten straight away. Nothing is recorded, saved or uploaded. The app asks your permission first, and you can say no and use the on-screen keys instead.
The teacher’s voice
The teacher’s spoken lines are made by a computer voice service. When the app needs a line it asks our server for the audio. For most lines this is just the lesson text. A few friendly lines can include the name you chose, so that name may be sent to the voice service to produce the audio. We do not send your email address or your lesson history.
Where it is kept, and who can see it
Your account and learning information are stored with Google Firebase, a service run by Google. Only you (signed in to your account) and the people who run KeyLevi can see it. The voice is produced by a text-to-speech service working for us. We do not sell your information, and the app does not show advertising or use advertising trackers.
Payments
If paid access is offered, the payment is taken by the App Store, Google Play or a payment service, which manages renewals, cancellations and refunds. We never see your card details.
This website
The website loads its text style from Google Fonts, which means Google can see that your browser asked for the font. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The learning app in your browser stores a small amount of data on your device to keep you signed in and to remember small choices, such as a message you closed.
Your choices
- You can look at and change your name in the app’s Profile page.
- You can ask us to delete your account and the information that goes with it by emailing support@keylevi.app.
- You can say no to the microphone at any time in your browser or phone settings.
Children
KeyLevi is made for teenagers and adults. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to use it with you.
Changes
If we change what we do with your information, we will update this page and, for big changes, tell you in the app.
